The viotp App and the viotp App are both applications (software) of viotp, Inc.
2. AS PART OF THE SERVICES, YOU ARE PROVIDED OUR/CANADIAN FORMATTED PHONE NUMBER. THE TELECOMMUNICATION INFRASTRUCTURE NECESSARY TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES IS LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA, AS SUCH YOU ARE SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION OF UNITED STATES LAW AND CANADIAN LAW when you accept the Services using a US/Canada phone number.
3. viotp provides “Free” Services as well as paid Services to users. To pay for the “Free” Services, personalized advertisements will be placed before you. Your information is used to personalize the advertisements.
4. We protect your information according to industry security procedures and standards. HOWEVER, “PERFECT SECURITY” DOES NOT EXIST ON THE INTERNET, THEREFORE, viotp MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THESE SECURITY MEASURES. 2nd Line SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ACTUAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OR LEGAL LIABILITIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER AS A RESULT OF NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER WRONGDOING) ARISING FROM ANY FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION.
5. The Services are not intended for use by anyone who is not capable of entering into legally binding contracts. What information have we collected?
1. Personal Information: When you register for a user account for any Service, We collect personal information, such as your name and email address. When you register for paid services, we also collect your payment information for billing purposes.
2. Device Information: When you visit our website or use our software (2nd Line App and/or 2nd Line App), the information we collect includes IP Address, location data, device ID, advertiser ID, browser type and settings, device type and settings, and operating system (such as iOS and Android).
3. Cookies and Analytics Tracking: We sometimes use cookie technology, web beacons, and other similar devices on our Website and software to enhance functionality and navigation.
